Terms of Service

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or attempt to disrupt or probe the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Service to build a competing product.

You retain ownership of the meetings, transcripts, and canvases you create. You grant MeetCanvas a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your workspace.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetCanvas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
